 Thanks for the comments, fellas. The boat is moored, and was dancing around quite a bit. It was actually snowing heavily, and my guess is that the gull had had enough of it and was locked solid in a pout.

Nice find. I like the look of the water and what looks like steam rising from it. Cool that the bird up there held so still the whole time too, but the boat has some movement. As a whole, I really like it.
