Cool effect for sure. Great job illustrating the concept, only nitpick I have is the hands not fully being on focus, but really it's not a huge deal. Also there is some kind of artifact at the bottom, probably from processing.

The implementation is as wonderful as the idea - a favourite! I'm curious how you've done it.
I would have given a 10 if you had cropped off the blurry stripes on the lower edge, so it "only" a 9
