the narrow DoF doesn't benefit the image, IMO.
I would have preferred if it had more depth |

| you nearly nailed this but not quite. the lack of sharp focus caused by a wide open lens has done you no favours |

| The positives for this image - nice colors and definitely on topic. The negatives - so much of the image is out of focus, and such a tiny part is in focus that it honestly makes me dizzy to look at this image. I don't mind artistic blurring, but they shouldn't give me vertigo! |
