| This is one of my picks for front page honours. There are a few black spots on the water that could have been spot edited out but that is just quibbling. This is a great image. |

| Super technicals, the only thing that would improve this for me would be if it was a wider shot with a bit more space for the egret(?) to run in to. As it is, it feels slightly cramped. |

| Great capture of one of my favorite birds. Love how you froze the action (especially the eye) but you can see/feel the motion by the feathers in the neck. Wonderful job. |
