 Unfortunately, during the entire submission period for this challenge, it was raining or overcast in the evenings here, so a moonlit photo was not possible (something I really wanted to try). So here is my rain-drenched entry!

Adjustments: Cropped, converted to B&W, curves and levels, size reduction and USM.

I can't believe this was yours. I had another one picked to be yours in this challenge. This was one of my favorites and I am surprised it didn't get higher. You beat me by 3 on this one, I think mine came in 36. Beautiful shot Judith!

This makes me think of old black and white movies - Its a WOnderful Life foreinstance. The way the lights glow gives real atmosphere. The composition is pretty straight forward - as simple as the small town. I"d like to see a bit more to the right, so that vanishing point is really visible.

This shot has a great feel to it. The light reflection on the wet street is beautiful. I think this will be in the top 5.
