good lighting and focus, nice subject choice. It is however bugging me that I can almost make out the writing on the spine of the books, but not quite. I think i would prefer that section of your photo to be completely dark.
still one of my favourites for the challenge. |

| Not exactly exciting, but the fact that the books are so old at least held my interest enough to click on the thumbnail. I really like the Lighting here though, so definately above average |

| Great focus, terribly awful good use of dark shadow, pallette of two blue lines traced by lower book splendid balance. Choice of books magic with composition triangle exquisite both visually and tripple R'ally. First 10 this challenge for me. Congratulations. |

| Pretty subjects! (I love old things.) Wish the spines had a little light on them--just feels too much like a void. Great texture on the well-worn cover. I like the arrangement. |
