As always, thanks to those who voted fairly and took time to leave a comment or two (should this manage to capture a few comments as that they have become very rare these days)

Clarity comes:

with realizing the number games don't motivate you anymore.

when you stop leaning on an outside source to provide you with structure/challenge to go out and create/find something to photograph

when you realize you hold back on ideas/techniques you want to do because you are waiting for the right challenge to come along.

There are, of course, other *clarities* but will just leave it and look to the fond memories of what was.

Looking back and looking forward - what motivates me is the exploration and getting the capture that freezes the moment or idea in time. Hmm, time - never seems to be enough of it to do everything. A time machine would be wonderful, but then, I think perhaps one might lose the ability to recognize and live in the moment.

Although there are many images of this kind of subject, yours stands out for having visual contrast between finer detail and the smooth droplets.

I really like the water droplets on here if that is what it is.. bubbles are always fun to me.. They are sharp and clean. The background and lighting give the perfect look and effect to it
