 This is the famous "Wall of Fire" at Airventure in Oshkosh, WI. A grand week around 10,000 airplanes. This took place during the evening airshow just before dark. I knew I would love the shot, but it wasn't until I got home that I realized it had a nice pattern to it.

Sorry I couldn't pass on the heat felt from the huge blast. But my shot makes me smile and think of getting hit with unexpected light and heat.

Wow! Cool shot. I know this happened quickly, and it's good that you were ready, and also in a good position to get the shot. Oshkosh is on my bucket list.

A cozy lineup of huggable airplanes with an apocalyptic grace note. Strangely riveting and powerful. A strong and crackling combination.
