 These adorable twins were good sports to help me out with the shot. Unfortunately, they were a little TOO excited and the girl in back kicked my speedlight away from the box (that white background light wasn't supposed to be there). My intention was to have the background girl leaning over to look toward the front of the box, but I couldn't be too picky with toddlers.

If you look closely, her hand is pressing a lit "power button" on top of the box. That's actually an astronomer's red LED flashlight I found in a drawer. It hadn't been touched in over 10 years and the batteries still worked!

I turned a Home Depot box inside out and used kraft paper to cover the printed graphics. I had a speedlight on the camera aimed slightly to the right, another one at left for fill, and that third one on the floor was aimed through a green gel-covered hole in the box to light up the interior. "Copyer" was intentionally misspelled as part of the kid theme.

OHMYGOSH... this is so delightful! Those girls look like they are having a blast! I think you must be a very fun photographer for a kid to work with. Their radiant smiles make me happy just to look at this!

**the white light is a part of the detail that I really liked. Made me feel like the top of the 'copyer' wasn't closed and that bright white light was creeping out.

This has a "Scalvertian" quality to it. Classic you: clean, clear message/story and composition, cute personalities, great colors, and a bunch of fun to look at over and over again.
