| Not surprised this took the blue because it is top notch work worthy of the award. Love the affectionate social interaction between the macaques. The lovingly held baby reaching out to cup the others monkey's face is such a tender moment. Congrats on such a capture and the blue. |

| (commenting only) Absolutely love this shot ! love the body language, especially the strong eye contact between mother and youngest child, you can tell quite clearly who mum dad and the two kids are ! A shot like this makes you realise were not the only animals on this planet capable of complex emotions |

I just "awarded" someone my opinion for the blue ribbon, but now I have to take it back -- because this one reeeealllly should have the blue ribbon! Wow!
