Taken during our (Canadian) Thanksgiving supper. I'm thankful for my 20D. LOL!

Used 50mm f/1.8 lens.

Processed in DPP. Boosted exposure, converted to tungsten WB.

In PS7: Applied dust and scratches filter, saturation decreased, resized, added a little extra noise for effect.

I like the mood and the grain adds to it, but the picture doesn't say communication to me.

Certainly sets a mood. I like the grain, and the sepia tone.

I love imaged lit with a candle, but this is a bit too grainy for my taste. If that was not intended maybe a longer exposure would have helped.
