It was a sugar cube dropping into the coffee. I used probably about 50 sugar cubes (they're not reusable, you know. The get kind of squishy and soggy and mushy...)
I wanted to get a shot of the sugar cube going in, but I could either get the splash or the cube. I tried dropping multiple to get a splash and a cube, but it just resulted in wasting the cubes faster.
And I don't even drink coffee!! blech!! :)
