 I am not exactly sure why, but this image intrigues me. When looking through what I shot this month I didn't find what you might call a more conventional image that I liked more than this.

I only recently discovered Henk ( hajeka) maintained a DPC Free Study list, and I was somewhat startled to see how high I was on this list so far for 2014. I figure this image should help start to correct this. I don't really expect this to connect with many. Perhaps with none. We shall see.

This is one of those "got the moment" shots.
It's rather strange to see her arm and hand in that position so that is what grabs my attention here. I can barely reach that place with my thumb.

a bit bvy-esque... although maybe too close up for him
striking how alien the arm looks, and how silly the multiple straps are
in any case, interesting, somewhat gruesome, and all too human
