 I think I subconsciously want to break my camera :) I strapped my tripod to my front bumper, this time sideways, pulled out the center tripod extender all the way and folded it 90 degrees towards the tires, and then hooked my camera to the tripod. I had the exposure & focus set manually and used a remote shutter to shoot.

I used about 10 heavy-duty tie straps, but the camera was still pretty bouncy. I was only doing about 20 mph, but this was one of only two shots that I got that were actually sharp. The car behind me flashing its brights (because I was going so slow) was a nice stroke of luck too :)

you have it set to interval shooting ?

It was so kind of the car behind you to provide the illumination for the wheel to stand out as it does :)

the camera is heavy I'll be scared of the weight + vibration breaking something from the grid , loosing the camera and having to repair the car :)

unless .... you want to force an upgrade ;)
