 I've been planning to trip to Dachau or a Holocaust Museum before I leave Germany, so it was on my mind when this challenge came due. I caught this sunrise after a night shift - on an military installation. I envisioned this as a common view during a horrible time in history.

Nice treatment of the clouds in this shot, not over done. My experience with sunsets is that it works to try to get some blue sky in the image to contrast with the orange, which you have done.
The wire is a major element, and fits well with the title.

overall i'm not impressed with the amount of silhouette front-line subjects in this challenge. if someone was to read all of my comments in this challenge they'd see a very strong trend and several copy/paste comments.
i really like the sky you're showing here, but the silhouetted barbed wire along with the black land at the bottom of the frame are very detracting in my opinion.
