History of our local flavor....The Maple Syrup
The Canadian province of Quebec is by far the largest producer, responsible for about three-quarters of the world's output; Canadian exports of maple syrup exceed C$145 million (approximately US$130.5 million) per year. Vermont is the largest producer in the United States, generating about 5.5 percent of the global supply.
I had a lot of fun to produce this pics. I hope you will want to taste our unique maple syrup. |

| Nice photo. I get the composition around the handles on the edges, but I feel like it is composed a little low in the frame. Perhaps if the pour into the top was there? |

| Proper maple syrup really is delicious - I have only ever had one bottle of it; it is very expensive here in the UK. A technically good photograph that shows the gorgeous colour of the syrup. |
