Critique Club Comments by Grayce M. Dillon aka Gracious
The color is quite brilliant and focus is very good. A slight increase in contrast could enhance this, I think.
Although this meets the challenge, I would like to see some scenery in this, to give a sense of place, to add interest.
The oxymoron is excellent. You should send it to Jay Leno, or a newspaper or something like that. It's funny.
Where I lived in upstate, New York, there was a small town with the name Surprise. Is this a town?

I like you title and the oxymoron, but this whole sign has confusion...What's the surprise? (that someone would do this?) Very good focus/ framing / color.
