 Taken at the Elephant Village in Surin, Thailand.

The idea behind this image is to show that unity can exists between all of us, even if we might appear to be opposites on the ouside. In this case it is the beautiful and fragile girl with her flower dress flowing in the air and the big powerful elephant bull gently sitting with her.

This was taken with natural light and a small reflector. I've darkened the background during the edit as I found the trees to be distracting and brought out more detail in the elephant by sharpening the skin and doing some dodging and burning. On the model I've done some skin softening and masked out an oil paint layer over the dress to make it look more dreamy / painterly.
