 This is my oldest son asking my youngest for a kiss. I zoomed in once and cropped it. Made it slightly darker, as there was alot of light on the boys hair from the above window.

This image would have been improved by just simply hitting "Auto Levels" in photoshop. But even then the lightning is not very good, flash shadows prominent, focus rather poor or rather it's grainy like if it's blown out of a larger image and resized up to this size. Leaving any compositional/motive values aside, the tecnical aspects brings it down.
