Yep! Mark, you nailed it. :) I never intended the image to be OF a voyeur...the image is implying the audience, the viewer, is the voyeur. |

I would not apply the title voyeur to your image. Voyeur shall be used carefully and of course we have an inkling of how Lynch really applied it.qq
Voyeur means:
n.
1. A person who derives sexual gratification from observing the naked bodies or sexual acts of others, especially from a secret vantage point.
2. An obsessive observer of sordid or sensational subjects.
And your nice lady is more meditating than spying |

Excellent photo, and it should place highly if not ribbon. I'm feeling I have to split hairs though and say that it is not about the window, it's about the model. Really divided on how to vote this one. |

Wonderfully sensual, and more so than if the wet glass weren't there. The cobalt blue, red and flesh tones really stand out. Almost dream-like. Her closed left eyelid, patterned by water drops, looks like a planet transiting her face. Excellent. |

Tone down the highlight on the forehead. The lips make the shot, and my eyes don't want to dwell on the forehead. Nice colors. |

this image has stopping power, a professional lighting, together with I guess a lot of work..
I don't think however that the WINDOW part of it is the major part of the composition. So I have judged it accordingly.
I have no doubt tho that this image will most likely ribbon given that it is an excellent composition and the standing and skills of the photographer

Vert well done of course. But is this about the window or about the women and the water drops? |
