 This was taken on one of the first beautiful days in South Dakota, so it was a pleasure to play around with the little creatures at the local high school track.

I felt a little silly setting up plastic toys and laying on the track - but totally worth it.

This is the first time I actually went back to retake more photos after reviewing my first batch. And even now I can picture what might have made the scene even stronger. So I am learning...

A personal best, this was exciting. Thanks.

Well done! Excellent use of DOF or selective PP blur to highlight the duck.

You came up with a great idea IMO. I like the DoF because it makes me focus on the winner. It's pretty funny too. Nice finish!

Mallard triumphs in the second at Aqueduck. Turtle files protest asserting, "Excuse me, he got no legs, and the track needs to be cleared up."
