 Editing: Levels, Increase Saturation a bit, noise removal, resize, unsharp mask, save for web.

This is my serger - a type of sewing machine. It uses 4 cones of thread. In some countries they are called overlockers. Took this in my family room with camera on a tripod and my triple gooseneck lamp for lighting.

It was not the subject and cropping that nailed this photo challenge but the most creative angle of the shot. Spendid nine.

I like the contrast between the body of the machine and the bright marks. The angle is also interesting (makes you think what it is it). 7.
