 The weather was terrible for astrophotography, with 90% humidity and hazy, but I really wanted this shot for the challenge.

The picture was taken with the Canon A70 through the lens of a Celestron C5 telescope at 100x. The camera was held onto the 'scope with an Orion SteadyPix camera mount.

Mods include: Neat Image, remove color, levels, unsharp mask.

WoW, I was expecting something a little bigger than my moon but not so hugh! Congrats and thanks for leting us to visit the moon...
The idea in my picture was more about showing the clouds around and over the moon but I did not get the effect that I was looking for ... maybe next month.
About your picture, did You apply neat image?
