Brad, GO GO GO!!!

This one is very nice. Great tones and good texture. Basic conversion? Just grayscale? Duotones?

This is a great photo and defines the true meaning of parts.

I think sepia is a good idea for this photo; I just don't care for the tones used to create this sepia -- seems too green. That said, if the green quality weren't distracting me the wheel provokes enough interest to keep me looking. The composition is also quite good. 6

I love it and hope the other voters see the 'part' in this shot. I think the b/w works well. for what its worth you get an eight from me :)

So sharp! I like the composition too.

Certainly not re-tired (or re-tyred, depending on your spelling preference). Nice composition, but it's hard to tell if the wheel is part of the machinery in the background. 9

Very nostalgic. Excellent composition, cropping. Love the tone. Can't tell if it b&w or sepia. Good job!

If your subject is the broken tire [as title may suggest], I feel like it does not meet the challenge. But if your subject is the wagon, then it does. This is the dilemma of the voters. With that said I am giving most everyone the benefit of interpretation and you photo is great. Nice approach to the subject, I like the old style look, focus is amazing. Great work ΓΆ€“ 10.

In my top 10, maybe a ribbon winner. I'd love to see this in colour, I image rust and earth tones really contributing to the photo.

Top shot in my opinion. Composition, lighting, DOF, subject and apt for the title. Interesting and detailed. Can only be improved with additional processing, which of course you can't do for the challenge. A winer as far as I'm concerned, well done.

The tones are good, nice clarity and sharpness, dof is appopriate, composition is fine. I like the weathered and aged feel of the shot as well as the amount of disrepair and general inertia. And yet it tells a story, or it could I'm sure.

The tones are simply beautiful in this photo. I love the texture of the wood and the iron, and the DOF is excellent. Well done!!! :o)
