Is that fog or smog? If this were taken on a really clear day with a pretty blue sky and white, fluffy clouds then I bet your score woulda been much better. That bit of blue in the middle of the sky is a wonderful color. It really is an awesome view. My biggest complaint is that it's just too little to view well. I do like the panorama but not at the expense of being able to see what is in the shot.

Referring to the title, I see a few patches of blue sky, but no sun rays. It's a bit hazy, but could be clouds in the way. Combo shot - landscape/city scape. In a way, I like this thought, sort of human encrochment (sp). The dull-ness (caused by clouds/haze/pollution) takes away some of the drama I think this shot could portray. 7 Swash

kind of fits the challenge. i've read a lot of the discussion whether buildings could be included or not. i think i would like the "natural" part to be predominant, but i can accept your shot as landscape anyway. your title indicates that it was rainy, that would account for the somewhat muted colors. i would prefer them to be brighter, even if that meant having to photograph on a different day, if possible. i do like the scale of the mountains in comparison to the city before them.
