 These newspapers are part of an assortment of things handed down to me when my Dad passed away several years ago. The papers and the leather briefcase belonged to my Grandparents. There's lots of cool stuff in that briefcase - like a window to the past. Some items going back to the turn of the century.

I would have liked to "arrange" these newspapers a little more but they are VERY fragile and have been stored in the briefcase all folded up for many, MANY, years.

Hopefully some of you may enjoy viewing these as much as I did. Before putting them away my family all took time to check them out. My 11 yr-old thought they were cool (they just covered this time period in school recently).

Wow! How interesting! The red in the back works nicely to make the papers stand out, especially the "VICTORY" headline.
