I'm terribly depressed about this stupid challenge!! I went out shooting seagulls, and 1.5 hours later, 330 blur shots, and a very cold body, I found out I had forgotten to shoot jpg. :(

Still seems like we should be able to save it as jpeg, with just the jpeg standard settings -- not challenge anything else.

So then I tried shooting something else inside (it was dark then...)

and then I finally gave up and just threw two scarves over the shower door and played to get the entry and this one:


I still like the seagull ones best. :(

It was just a general statement, Otherwise I would have said "you should try it sometime". As I said, sometimes mine have it, sometimes they don't. The doc challenge means a lot, the memories one doesn't. :)

Haha! A good friend of mine (with a funny hyphenated name...) was getting tired of my lousy entry options, told me to just through some scarves and shot those.

She's brilliant!

why not feel sad, blue, unhappy, or down in the dumps (the definition).

It was an exciting challenge. I don't do the abstracts very often, and I was quite exciting about doing and and the results I got originally. I enjoy putting my heart and soul into a shot. It doesn't happen nearly as often as it should, but it's fun when it does. :)

Passion in photography is fun. I recommend trying it.
