| This does satisfy the challenge, however, I think the lack of colour makes this less interesting. A B&W grainy shot can sometimes invoke certain feelings that add to a photograph (i.e. 'edginess' which you allude to in your title), however, it does not do it for me in this case. |

| Out of focus. Or if it's some kind of special effect it still looks like out of focus. While there's no need for that at all. |
