 A long exposure of Charlie Young Beach featuring a model who stood still while I outlined her in light with a flashlight. I then asked her to leave the scene so the background she blocked could register on the image before stopping the exposure. The shutter was open for 142 seconds. There were no special effects used on Canon 60D.
Disqualification Details
You must retain your original, unedited file (exactly as recorded by your camera), and provide it to the Site Council along with a list of your editing steps within 48 hours of any validation request. Files that have been saved or altered with any editing or transfer software are NOT originals.

I have the original unedited file. Probably a moot point now but the only adjustments to the image were tonal balancing of the background, and touching up the light around the models heel with the stamp tool, at the point where her foot is on the lava rock. To where should I have (for future reference) posted The original file?

I don't understand why the disqualification? There was a slight adjustment to tonality in some area's in this image. Are you (powers that be) asking to see the original?
