Congratulations on the blue for this image that offers real frigidity suffused in part with warm colors. |

Chicago lakefront placing first and third -- not bad. This is a great image, and I love the b&w outtake with the skyline. Congrats on the ribbon and a terrific shot. |

Thank you for all of comments. It was a very cold morning and tough not to overexpose this shot. I took many variations, and this is the one I settled on. It was funny that after the re-size, I didn't care for the moon in the shot (just too small) and the first critique (THANK YOU!) was concerning this. But then again, a couple of you got it!
Thanks again for all of the comments and especially the critique.

Congratulation for your ribbon and especially for this amazing picture. I don't know why, but it reminds me Fantasia, the fantasy world in "The Neverending Story" :-) |

Ha, your very first ribbon is a blue.
Good for you, gave you a 7, probably should of given you more, but that's life. |

Pretty awesome. What a winter, eh? Love the gradient in the sky. Subtly processed for such a great scene. I would have overcooked this and ruined it. Well done. |

8 - Nice photo. May be worth cloning out the white spec in the sky (star trail?) as it's a bit distracting |
