 This trio appeared on the American jazz scene in September, 1937 as if from nowhere. This record is a complete collection of the singles they recorded before they were eclipsed by the Boogie Woogie sound and retired into complete obscurity.

Amy E. - vocals
Fred N. - drums
Turtle - keyboards

Their full names are not known. Even the photo of Amy on the cover cannot be verified as an actual picture of Amy.

Here is my attempt to transcribe the lyrics from their most popular song, "better gone"

The reds are bright

I love everything about this but the graphic design of the word "Amy." Still one of my favorites - I want to hear this music! [Iron and Wine reference?]
