 Went to New York for the first time over the weekend. Took this on Sunday. She is totaly beautiful.

she was not blown out as some say. this is exactly the way she looked. the sun was very bright that day. i did nothing in photoshop in anyway. i thought you were not permitted to in the first place.

I can't really fault this shot of the statue, the blown out parst don't bothe,r me its definately a 'part' ofthe statuet and wonder what lens you used or how much it was cropped?

Perhaps for this challenge, you should have cropped off the bottom fith to show only the top of the head (a few of the windows) and not the face. Otherwise, it's just a fairly cliche closeup view of the Statue of Liberty.
