Every year I help out and take photos at a Christmas event for underprivileged kids. I good friend plays Santa to about eight hundred kids at the event every year. So, the night before this challenge's deadline he called to say he had a family issue to deal with and he needed me to take over the Santa role. He dropped off the suit, and I decided I needed to figure out a way to work it into the challenge. My one regret -- I forgot to put on the white gloves for the picture. Thanks for all the comments.
