 I went down to the Lincoln Park Zoo on Sunday and spent some time in the Bird House. I settled on a shot of a Spotted Dikkop. Then, last night I grabbed our faithful and beloved Wheaten Terrier, Biscuit, for a photo session. This is a pretty straight forward composite of two photos. I am relatively happy with the processing job, but now wish the poses were a bit more interesting (e.g., the bird spreading it's wings, Biscuit with her mouth open, etc.)

I like the blending aside from the head appearing a bit small. It's probably the correct size for the bird but with it being a dog head it just looks this way
