| Great shadows and timing and sensitivity to capture them. Sorry, but personally speaking, this needs a simpler title because the image speaks for itself; less said is more. This particular title has little to do with the content of the image, which is individual, complex and powerful - neither timeless nor simple. The image is an 8. The title is distracting. |

| Doris used to go shoplifting in dark colours to help her blend into the background, but over time she got more and more of a thrill from 'lifting in increasingly garish outfits. Today she had acquired a copy of Vogue Magazine, a kitchen clock and some laptop batteries. She didn't need any of it but she couldn't resist the rush of adrenalin she felt whenever a shop assistant turned their back. Tomorrow she'd return for another 'shopping' spree in an even more colourful outfit with a matching cowboy hat and boots. If they didn't catch her soon her small flat would be completely full of things she didn't need or want. |
