 One of the mosaics adorning trash receptacles along Telegraph Avenue in the Temescal District of north Oakland. They have been made by local artist Juan R. Lopez.

You can (barely) see my reflection in the small round reflective "bosses" around the eyes and nose, and to a lesser extent in the flat tiles.

-RGB Curve through mask to eyes to bring out reflection
-RGB Curve
-Resize
-Crop a little from right
-USM at 66%/0.6 dia/TH = 5 (applied three times)
-SaveAs JPEG at 98% quality = 300KB

Honestly not my taste, but good enough technique. Not too sure it fits the challenge, but hey, what do I know?
