 Dang you minimal editing! Why must you make this style shot so hard to balance the exposure. I really wish I didn't have blown highlights in the JPEG (in the RAW they are not blown). But oh well.

Love the idea, but IMO the long exposure does blur the water, but the moving water is such an insignificant piece of the overall image...
