| It's man made, which tweaks the regulation a bit. But that's allowed. I don't like the composition, we should see where the fountain emerges from the water as they do in the back. The colors and how you have used the light is not to my liking either, so sorry, 2 from me |

I have a feeling you're going to get hammered in this challenge for photographing a fountain, as it is not natural.
The exposure is nice, and in general I like the composition. What I don't like about the composition is the background elements such as the cars and light post. Also, in Advanced Editing challenges, you can remove those power lines. |
