| That's certainly disgusting. Might have been more convincing as a food with some side vegetables. Photographically very sharp with good use of DOF; lighting is a tad dull, but thankfully the colors are subdued, or I might be sick. |

| The best and worst of the bunch. Your subject is on the extreme end of unusual foods, but it's also extremely disgusting. The revolting nature of this shot is "going too far" for some folks, but it certainly fits the challenge. The light seems a little dim, too. |

| probably a delicacy somewhere, but not for me thanks. The light is rather flat, if you would have added a more directional light it would have been not so flat, and then you also could have used a smaller aperture to get somoe more dpth of field, the head is not sharp now. |

| I know there are places in the world where people are forced to eat things like this but I can promise I could never be that hungry. I predict you are a shoe in for the brown ribbon. Content will far outweigh any photographic skill for this shot. |

| Photo is a little dark. a bit brighter and maybe a touch more contrast. The rim of the plate leads the eye away from the subject. A different angle or different plate would have helped too. The textures are interesting, and should be played up. 6 |
