Ingredients: 5 tomatoes in slices
1 red onion in slices
3 spoons of green olives
2 spoons of olive oil
some fresh basil in small pieces
100 gr. goat cheese (in small pieces)
Preparation: Put the tomatoes, onions and olives in a bowl
Add the oil
Mix it with the basil and some salt and pepper (if you like)
Add the goat cheese.
Tip: Make it a few hours before you use it, but don't put it in the fridge.
