It's not "Silly Putty", it's a printed piece of paper with some honey on it!
I first spilt some glue on a black background, I photographed it and then I imported the picture in Corel Draw. Then I distorted some text adapting it on the shape of the paint stain. Finally I printed the distorted text on a white piece of paper, I cut it and finally I poured some honey on it to give some liquid effects to it(reflection and depth). I used honey just because I didn't have anything better.
Unfortunately everything was done only few hours before the submissions closing, so I couldn't edit the picture as I would like to.
