Th focus seems very soft.. and its more of a light coloured subject against black this one, so for me it doesn't really fit the challenge.

I like the image but....

"Take a photo in which the background is black and the subject is predominately a black as well."

I feel that this does not meet the criteria based on the wording. The subject should have been black.
