 Thanks to my Bear Music challenge entry I can't get poetry out of my head. This is the not so well known red Australian flag that is primarily flown on Australian commercial ships. It used to be the flag flown by private citizens and the blue flag reserved for government sites. But that restriction is no longer applied.

I wonder if some people will read my title and ping me for:
Being too long
Highlighting the strong blue of the sky
Referring to stars that are white
Or, all of the above :)

And for anyone that doubts it, yes, the seagulls beak and legs are vivid red.

A little bight/overexposed, perhaps? I like the idea, but the photograph just doesn't stand out to me
