| Hmm you could have entered this in the shadow and light challenge too! I like the lines formed by the shadows and the bright color. A nice image for this challenge |

You did.
And it worked. :)
Mostly I didn't like the images in the challenge that were taken in very hard light - but you made this work like a champ. Well done, and VERY happy. The palate of red, white, and black is also very powerful, and reminiscent of one of his more powerful shots.
I do, however, think the inclusion of the tree shadow was a very sad mistake, as it ruined the pure geometric feel of this image, and distracts me while viewing it.
Seriously this could have been an 8 or a 9 easy with a different crop. |
