 An easy and very nice snack, especially with a glass of wine in the late afternoon.

Ingredients:
8 scallions
6 eggs
2 dl milk
salt
pepper
100 g Dutch shrimps
2 spoons of olive oil
some fish sauce (for some extra taste)
chives, I used some fresh one from my garden :)

Preparation:
Clean the scallions and cut them in small pieces.
Mix the eggs with milk, salt and peper.
Bake the scallions for 2 minutes.
Add the egg mixture.
Bake it for 10 minutes on low fire.
Heat your oven grill and put the egg under it for 3 minutes (*)
Put the egg on a plate.
Cut rounds with a glass or something else (the recipe says diameter: 4 cm, but anything will work)

The finishing:
Put shrimps on it and add some chives.

(*) I don't have a pan suitable for a grill, so I put a lid on it for 5 minutes,
turned it around (gives some mess) and baked it (still low fire) for another 5 minutes.

Whatever the score will be, it tasted very well. The fish sauce added some extra power to it!
