 Single shot in camera.
Bulb exposure. Manual focus, manual exposure, of course.
Strobe function of the Sigma flash EF 500 DG Multi 1/64Mz 4
Then fling the cat with one hand and with the other hold the flash and press the button; in complete darkness of the living room.
Kitty was not hurt and she got a nice treat after that. She was a bit annoyed by the dark room i guess. Anyway there were only 4 tries and this is the second one.

I would of thought this would ribbon on first view, and on 2nd and 3rd , shame for the lower votes, still you got a HM!
