It was a 7 from me. Too much dodge and burn for my taste on the water, but still an impressive image. It fills very well the podium - congrats on the yellow :)

Gongrats on the ribbon Margaret. This is by far my favorite type of photography....give me the ocean and 15 plus seconds exposure and I'm a happy man! This is a beautiful example...well done

What I like the most in your shot is the contrast between the dark grey water and the colorful horizon, it really gives it an interesting mood. Congratulations on your ribbon!
