 This is an HDR image of the three shots +1, 0, -1.

1. Did HDR out of the three colored shots
2. convert them to Black and White using "Silver Efex Pro 2" with preset 023 Wet Rocks
3. Import to Lightroom
4. straight out the photograph
5. export to fit in the DPC need.

I like this, good composition, great clouds, interesting subject, but I think it's just a little too heavily tonemapped, and those dust spots are driving me mad.

Not! Really! To me it looks rather like an overprocesssed sky that doesn't match the light on the building

Overprocessed. Too surreal. Horizon is vertical middle. Needs an additional foreground element of interest.
