 This is Hermitage Farm in Prospect, Kentucky. It's an old thoroughbred horse farm. One of many along that stretch of road and to my mind reflective of what Kentucky is all about.

I spent many a Spring and Summer day under trees just like this one. And views like this are why its still my home.

This is brilliant! Somehow when it popped up, I just thought of this tree being everyone's friend, with it's branches as hands reaching out to hug everyone that walks by.

Very elegant. I especially like the complementarity of the dip in the fence and the upward sweep of the branch above it.

Love this. Pretty, prettier... prettiest. It's not just the tree. Youve doen a good job of making the whole scene flow with implied and definate lines.
