 Hibiscus stigma, with one grain of pollen on it.
Shot with an old B&L 32mm f4.5 macro lens, using a mount made from a body cap and plastic pipe fittings.
Monopod and on cam flash. Basic edit with iPhoto.
This is cropped quite a bit, to pare it down to just the one pollen grain and the fuzzy part of the stigma.

Seriously magnified view of a flower! I find myself wanting a bit more DOF, I think, but I am very impressed to see so much detail on a grain of pollen.
